Richard M	Richard McCleaf Rich joined Gardener's after over 10 years of operating his own painting/construction company, hoping to make a contribution to the company and the operation of the paint and finish department.  Working closely with the owner, he strives to bring a 'customer first' mentality to his department by integrating the one-on-one customer service he offered in his own business with the nuances of a larger company.  With his high level of professionalism and many years of hands-on knowledge of the industry, any customer should feel assured that their job will be of the highest quality and performed in the most efficient manner possible. Dean Behanna	Dean Behanna Dean has worked in the paint & finish industry for over 30 years, 14 years spent exclusively at Gardener's. Beginning as a young man working with his father on residential re-paints through years working with marine applications in the Steel City, Dean has a lifetime of trade experience and product knowledge. As the main sales/estimator for the department, Dean works with our customers to give them the most concise estimate possible within their budget, using his vast knowledge of the latest products & application specifications.  Just tell Dean what you want to accomplish and he will work to make that dream a reality. Mario	Mario Turcios Mario is a well spoken, hard working finish mechanic with well over 10 years of experience. He is knowledgeable in many phases of finish work including painting, brush/roll/spray applications, drywall repair, wallpaper removal, power washing & sealing, custom finishes, stains and finish carpentry. Mario has been a  huge asset to the company and is always willing to go that extra step to please our customers. EPA LEAD CERTIFIED!
Maurico	Mauricio Granados-Salazar Mauricio has over 4 years of paint experience and is a very driven and motivated mechanic.  He really has a knack for the little details that many overlook, staying on task when it comes to the preparation side of a project that is so important with finish work.
